Baklava with pudding and walnuts - Zuzana Grnja
Baklava with pudding and walnuts – delicious baklava and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 200 g of ground walnuts
- 1 liter of milk
- sugar to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl oil
- 1/2 kg of baklava crust
- Syrup for dressing:
- 1/2 kg of sugar
- 4 dl of water
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pudding with milk and sweeten it to taste. Leave to cool.
Step 2
Beat eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar and add oil.
Step 3
Arrange five crusts one on top of the other and brush each one with beaten eggs. Place 3-4 tablespoons of pudding on the fifth crust along the long edge, sprinkle with ground walnuts and roll into a roll.
Step 4
3 rolls can be made from all the crusts, depending on the thickness of the crust. Sometimes there are 4 rolls, if the crusts are extremely thin.
Step 5
Bake the rolls at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. making sure they don't overcook. They should just shut up.
Step 6
Leave the baked baklava to cool.
Step 7
Make sherbet from sugar and water. From the boiling point, it should boil for another 3-4 minutes. Pour over the baklava and leave to cool.
