Lazy pie with apples - Ana Vuletić
Lazy apple pie - this is one of the cakes, which I personally really like to eat and I like even more than apple pie. It is easy to prepare and I recommend it to all new housewives to try.
Ingredients
- Bark:
- 2 cups flour (2dcl)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 bag of baking powder
- File:
- 1,5 kg of apples or as desired
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- sugar depends on how sour the apples are, but approximately 1 cup
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the apples, grate them, add vanilla sugar, cinnamon and sugar and leave them aside while we prepare the crust.
Step 2
Place all ingredients for the crust in a deep bowl.
Step 3
Take a deep pan or a medium-sized pan and grease it with oil and sprinkle a little flour over it. If you take a container that is too big, it may happen that your crust is too thin.
Step 4
Pour half of the mixture into a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. The dough needs to harden but not completely bake. It is important that it hardens, because the filling you add on top is heavy and the crust should absorb it, but it should not be overcooked because we are returning it to the oven.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated apples with the juice they have released over the half-baked crust.
Step 6
Spread the rest of the crust dough over the apples.
Step 7
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees, until it gets a nice yellow color.
Step 8
When it cools down, you can sprinkle powdered sugar and serve to your guests cut into cubes.
