Ingredients

head of cauliflower (400 gr.)

100 cheeses

basil

INGREDIENTS FOR RED SAUCE:

200 ml. tomato puree

1 clove of garlic

a level teaspoon of honey

INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE SAUCE:

400 ml. milk

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoons of butter

half a soup cube

1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

Wash and cut the cauliflower. Cook in salted water to which you have added a little milk, for about 7 minutes.

Place the drained cauliflower in a greased ovenproof dish.

Chop a clove of garlic and fry briefly in a little oil, add honey and tomato puree, salt and pepper.

Beat the milk and egg yolks, boil the soup cube with 100 ml. water.

Fry flour in butter, then add soup and milk with egg yolk, cook for a few minutes.

Pour the red sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with basil, then bechamel sauce.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. at the end, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 1 min.
