Vitamin Chicory Salad - Kristina Gašpar
Vitamin chicory salad – full of vitamins and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 100 g of grated chicory
- 100 g of grated celery
- 100 g of grated carrot
- 100 g of green apple cut into thin slices
- parsley to taste
- a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- a few drops of oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine fruits, vegetables and parsley in a bowl. Before consumption, add vinegar, salt and oil, then mix all the ingredients. The salad should not sit for a long time before use.
Step 2
I would completely remove the oil in this salad, but I am usually criticized for that (because of the fat-soluble vitamins).
Step 3
I really, really liked the salad. It is very refreshing and delicious - although it is still a matter of taste ;).
