Carrot sticks - I wrote exactly the measurements and the ingredients that I used, and you can replace the ingredients with what you have and that suit you.

Ingredients

  • 110 grams of baby sargarep
  • 170 ml of almond milk
  • 2 eggs (larger)
  • 50ml of oil
  • 200 grams of soft flour
  • 50 gr durum flour sharp
  • 10 grams of turmeric (full teaspoon)
  • so,

  • 1 teaspoon of chopped dry green leaves
  • 10 grams of baking powder

Instructions

  • I separated 30 grams (4 scallions) from the turnips, and grated them on a coarse grater. I put all the ingredients in the blender, except for these 30 grams of grated sorghum, a pinch of chopped parsley and 50 grams of sharp durum flour. When the sorghum was completely ground, then everything was finely beaten. Transfer to a bowl and add grated carrot and chopped green leaves. Stir well to combine everything and leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, so that the flour absorbs the required amount of liquid. Everything depends on the flour you will use, what density you will get. It may happen that the mixture is thick enough while sitting in the refrigerator. If it is not thick enough, then add durum sharp flour, it absorbs the liquid very well because it is very similar to semolina. I had to add 50 grams (two tablespoons) of durum wheat flour.
  • Let me mention right away that this mixture made in this way can be fried in oil or, like me, in a pops cake machine, and you can also use it on an electric grill or in a toaster for sandwiches. The mixture is universal, and that was my intention.
  • I heated the machine and poured the mixture into a bag (fisek) for decorating cakes, because this is the easiest and fastest way to fill the hemispheres in the machine. I got exactly three rounds of baking from this mixture, or 36 chips in total. That is quite enough for 3-4 breakfasts. One stick has 15 grams. When I close the device, I leave it to bake for 2 minutes and do not open it. Everything depends on the moment when the device is turned on or off, but on average, 12-2 minutes of baking is enough for one round of 3 pieces. You can tell if it's baked by the color and crust.

Here, you now have another type of appliance that you will like very much, because I believe that every home has at least one device of all the ones I have listed. Forget about fasting and eat healthy.
