Lasagna are a traditional Italian dish. The recipe for lasagna and the preparation of this dish, due to its exceptional taste, have become part of international cuisine. This recipe is a version where macaroni is used.

Ingredients

  • macaroni, 500 gr
  • red onion, 1 head
  • beef, minced, 500 gr
  • spaghetti sauce, can, about 700 gr
  • edam cheese, cut into sheets, 200 gr
  • sour cream, 3 dl
  • mozzarella cheese, 200 gr
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, 2 large spoons

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot, pour water and salt. Cook the macaroons "al dente", ie. cook a little shorter than that, according to the instructions on the package. Macaroni must not be uncooked.

Step 2

Clean and finely chop the red onion. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the red onion for a few minutes. Add ground beef and spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 175 C.
