Hilarious tuna - Nebojša Peović

Hilarious tuna - an unusual tuna salad. Decorate with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

1 can of tuna

1 onion head

1 garlic

2 lettuce leaf

2 a slice of bread

50g cream cheese

300g small cheese

1 a pinch of oregano

300g Ajvara

mayonnaise as desired

Instructions

Cut the onion into two parts and chop the first half finely and mix with the tuna. Finely chop the garlic and add to the mixed tuna.

Take a large leaf of green salad, put it in the middle of the plate and pour the mixture on it.

Cut a piece of bread and separate the crust from the middle.

Wrap the tuna and lettuce leaves in a crust, and cut the middle of the bread into four equal parts and arrange them on the plate as shown in the picture.

Cut the second half of the onion, garlic and spread cream cheese on each part of the middle of the bread together with the onion.

Season with oregano if desired.

Mix ajvar and small cheese, make a hilarious salad and arrange around the edges of the plate.

Decorate with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

In the event that the tuna releases excess oil, you do not need to add mayonnaise. You can also add crushed hot pepper.
