Recipe for cookies, ingredients:
- 1 cup of softened margarine
- ½ cup powdered sugar, plus ¼ for dusting
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- ¼ pinch of salt
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup fruit jam
Recipe for cookies, preparation:
- Heat the oven to 160 degrees. Put baking paper in the tray.
- Mix margarine and sugar in a bowl. Add vanilla and salt and mix everything, then slowly add flour until everything is combined, but do not beat too much.
- Roll the dough into a roller and then cut it into equal balls, up to 3 centimeters wide.
- Then make a hole in the middle of each one, in which you will put the jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they become golden-brown (depending on the oven), but it is important that they are not overcooked.
It is necessary to cool them for a few minutes and then sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
