For the second year in a row, the Recipes and Kuvar online portal has been rewarding its collaborators. The best recipes of 2015 were presented and announced in the pleasant atmosphere of the Zira Hotel on January 26, 2016.
After the opening speech and the presentation of the success of the portal in 2015, the founder and responsible editor, Mr. Miodrag Ilić, presented the plans for 2016. "In the year behind us, in the kitchen of the Recipes and Kuvar online portal, we cooked, baked, kneaded, ground, fried, chopped, mixed, stewed, stewed... And all this in order to get the specialties that all the visitors of the Recipes and Kuvar online portal are treated to. .”
"In the background of the Recipes and Kuvar online portals, in culinary terms, in 2015 there was tasting of various topics, addition of new spices, chopping, mixing, all with the aim of improving taste and obtaining the best possible quality and decoration. We have made it possible for visitors to easily find recipes and topics, we have made it easier for our associates to enter recipes and photos... We have also launched some new sections: Menu for babies, with our associate from Malta, Ana Vuletić, Chrono kitchen, the column Lectured food, Interview with... We visit interesting events in our country and in the world and we convey our impressions, we follow what is happening in the culinary world through the News section... With over 2.000.000 viewed pages and over 1450 different recipes, and that number is growing every day, we have become a respective portal about culinary. For 2016, we are planning some more changes, primarily around evaluation and awards, as well as new topics, so that next year there will be much more on our menu", said Mr. Milodrag Ilić in his opening speech.
On the topic of blogs in general and culinary blogging, the founder and responsible editor of the portal Recipes and Kuvar online, Miodrag Ilić, also spoke from the point of view of an expert in network communications, and the director of the company Tomato Tomato Communications, an expert in communications, accompanied this topic with his inspired presentation. , Branko Đaković.
On the topic: can you make money from blogs, Mr. Ilić presented some not-so-bright perspectives in Serbia. Comparing a beginner blogger with a newly planted sapling in a forest of old trees, i.e. those who have been on the market for a long time, he concluded that, especially in Serbia, it takes a lot of time, patience, work and strategy to survive, and maybe even make money from culinary blogs.
Mr. Đaković told the audience an interesting story about the origin of blogs, which, according to him, date back to the time of the first written documents on stone tablets, and followed up on the story of Mr. Ilić, and emphasized that the success of bloggers depends a lot on persistence, creativity and diversity and that the most important thing is not to drown in the forest of already existing ones.
Under the leader's baton Zoran Modli, who made everyone present smile with his jokes and with their support Marijane Primc Anastasijevic, the atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed.
The system based on which the decision was made who deserved the title of Best was also presented. For The best recipe of the year and the best sweet of the year, voting was done by jury members with grades from 5 to 10, according to criteria and special grades for creativity, innovation and presentation. 12 finalist recipes and 5 sweets that had the most views on the portal in 2015 were evaluated. All finalist contestants are also allowed to rate the recipes of all finalists (except their own) in the same way. All the contestants' grades made up one average grade, and with the average grades of all jury members, the total average grade for each recipe was reached. The title THE BEST the recipes with the highest total average score won. The selection of the Best Photo implied the good quality of the photo itself, as well as the complete artistic experience of the composition.
The presidents of the jury presented the gifts of the Recipes and Kuvar online portals to the best.
Dejan Ilić, professional chef and carving master, was the president of the jury for the Best Recipe of 2015 and the Best Candy of 2015.
The most important title was taken by Kristina Gašpar, for the best recipe of 2015, for the recipe for Quince Cheese - Kitnkez, who also received a Bosch MCM 2050 multi-tasker and a 3.000 RSD voucher from Afrodite Mode Collection.
Snezana Kitanović received a no less important title. for the best sweet of 2015 for the Black Forest cake recipe, a Kaufmax mixer with bowl and a 2.000 dinars voucher for the purchase of beautiful products from the Afrodite Mode Collection.
Bojan Božić, artist and creator at AMC – Afrodite Mode Collection, was the president of the jury for the Best Recipe Photo in 2015.
The photo of the Purple Cabbage Stew recipe by Kristina Gašpar was rated as the best by the jury, and the winner received a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W800S CE3 digital camera to help take even better photos and a 1.000 RSD voucher from Afrodite Mode Collection.
Miodrag Ilić, director of Linkom PC doo, was the president of the jury for the Most useful/best computer.
A Javorka Filipović was awarded for a comment on the text The best proja with cheese - Recipe, ingredients and description of how to prepare proja, where she clarified what, in fact, is proja and what is projara. Javorka was awarded a cash prize of 5.000 dinars.
The winners were also presented with plaques and a very interesting book from Mr. Branko Đaković's archive "Beauty from the Kitchen".
After the awards ceremony, all those present were treated to specialties prepared for this occasion by the finalists - colleagues from the kitchen of the Recipes and Kuvar online portals. All present had the opportunity to try the specialties of Suzana Mitić, Slađana Šćekić, Javorka Filipović, Kristina Gašpar and Ksenija Bako. Along with delicious snacks, there was also an interesting conversation.
