The most delicious chocolate cake in 10 minutes - Chocolate rocks - this is one of the first cakes I made. It was a long time ago. The recipe is from one cook. I don't remember the original recipe, but the idea is great.
The most delicious chocolate cake in 10 minutes - chocolate rocks, ingredients:
- 50 g walnuts (chopped)
- 50 g of prunes (chopped)
- 50 g of dried figs (chopped)
- 30 g roasted hazelnuts (chopped)
- 20 g of raisins
- 1 teaspoon of rum extract
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of oil
The most delicious chocolate cake in 10 minutes - chocolate rocks, preparation:
- Melt the chocolate and oil in a steamer.
- Combine dried fruit and nuts and add rum.
- Mix the previously prepared ingredients into the melted chocolate.
- You can put the chocolate rocks in paper baskets or shape them with a spoon on baking paper/foil.
- Decorate them as desired - with cocoa, pieces of nuts or dried fruit.
- Decoration of your choice
In addition to the listed ingredients, you can add some dry fruits (nuts). I also made chocolate rocks with dried apricots, candied orange peel, almonds, crushed biscuits... The advantage of this cake is the preparation time - it is ready in 10 minutes.
I came up with the idea to make it for Christmas because I didn't have time for something that requires a longer preparation. It is decorative and smells like the holidays.
