Pumpkin and sremuš spread - Ivana Mitrović
Pumpkin and sremusha spread - a healthy and tasty meal.
- 400 g of pumpkin
- sremush connection
- 6 price of garlic
- 3 sprigs of sage
- a spoonful of cilia
- a little oil
- so
- beaver
- Cut the pumpkin pieces into slices (8-10 pieces).
- Mash the garlic and mix it with torn sage leaves, cilantro, oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix by hand with the pumpkin slices so that the spices are evenly distributed over them.
- Place in a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Then take them out of the oven and cool.
- Lightly mash them with a fork, then add chopped leaves of sremus and a little homemade mayonnaise.
- Spread the resulting mixture on toasted slices of bread, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve.
