Spicy and delicious eggplant spread.

Eggplant spread, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of blue eggplant
  • 250 g of feta cheese
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 roasted hot red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • 2 spoons of black sesame seeds
  • 100 g of chopped walnuts

Eggplant spread, preparation:

  • Wash the eggplant and hot pepper, put them in a pan and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the skin from the baked and cooled eggplant, as well as the paruka.
  • Combine everything and blend gently with a stick mixer.
  • Mash the cheese with a fork and add to the mixed eggplant.
  • Add finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped walnuts and sesame seeds.
  • Mix with a blender and put in a container and in the refrigerator to cool.
