Belgrade, October 04, 2017 - With the longest 50-meter sushi roll ever made in Serbia, METRO delighted consumers and announced the upcoming Entrepreneur's Day, which is celebrated worldwide on October 10.
The young chefs, gathered around the Junior Chefs club, made a sushi roll of record length with their skills and presented it to those present at the distribution center in Vidikovac.
The Day of Own Business, which was founded with the aim of supporting the entrepreneurial spirit, the METRO company marks for the second time on the global nova and together with its 21 million professional customers, shares the passion for the work they do every day. The event has become a tradition and is celebrated every year, on the second Tuesday in October, with the aim of further increasing the number of good entrepreneurial stories.
This culinary spectacle and accompanying tastings will be organized in METRO facilities in Zemun (October 7) and in DC Krnjača (October 9). - 30 kg of rice
- 13,5 liters of rice vinegar
- 1,3 kg of salt
- 9 kg of sugar
- 0,7 l mirin
- 700 g of lemon
- 4 kg of crab sticks
- 30 kg of salmon
- 22 kg of cucumber
- 4,4 kg of iceberg
- 20 kg of avocados
- 4 kg of red pepper
- 4 kg of yellow pepper
- 2,5 kg of wasabi
- 400 sheets of nori seaweed
