Orange-banana cake - a cake that children adore, and it is made very quickly and eaten even faster.

  • 2 bags of vanilla pudding
  • 125 g of butter
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 200 g of biscuits (crushed)
  • 100 g of biscuits (square)
  • 300 ml of sweet cream
  • 2 pieces of banana
  • 2 pieces of orange
  • 600 ml milk
  1. Put 500 ml of milk with sugar to boil. Whisk the pudding in the remaining 100 ml of cold milk. When the milk has boiled, cook the pudding. Leave in a cool place to cool. During this time, break 200 g of biscuits
    Chop bananas and oranges.
    When the pudding has cooled, combine it with whipped butter.

  2. Add crushed biscuits and chopped fruit to the filling. Combine everything well with a fork. Put the mixture in a mold (I used a loin mold, there is exactly a mixture for that mold).

  3. Arrange the square biscuits on top of the mold, cover with transparent foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, remove the cake from the mold and spread and decorate it with sweet cream.
