Dry with potatoes, ingredients:
- 200 g pasta, wide noodles (how to make homemade noodles, see HERE >>>)
- 1/2 kg of potatoes
- 2 onions
- fat or oil
- allspice
- salt as needed
Nasuvo with potatoes, preparation:
- Boil the potatoes in slightly salted water, then take them out when ready.
- Boil the noodles in the same water for about 7-8 minutes.
- When they are cooked they float to the surface.
- Put a spoonful of fat (or oil) in a pan, add finely chopped onion and sauté it until it becomes glassy.
- Then add allspice, stir, add half-mashed potatoes and drained dough.
- It's good to combine everything and serve it while it's hot... (because as someone said: "... it's dry when it cools down")
