  • 250 ml of water
  • 350 g of macaroni
  • 250 g of peeled tomatoes
  • 40 g of Parmesan cheese

  1. Cut the onion into cubes, mash the garlic.
  2. Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil, add the minced garlic
  3. beef, and fry it to change its color.
  4. Continue stewing, adding water as needed until
  5. the meat does not soften, and the excess liquid does not boil.
  6. Then add the macaroni, then gradually add the mixture
  7. milk and water, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is completely cooked
  8. it softens and absorbs liquid.
  9. Add mixed peel, oregano, salt and spices to taste, and
  10. continue cooking at a moderate temperature for another 10 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle the finished dish with Parmesan cheese.
