Christmas trees and stars with feta cheese and cumin.
- 350 g of flour
- 100 g density
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 2 bags of cumin
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Place one whole egg, one egg white and margarine in a bowl.
- Add baking powder, thickener, flour and feta cheese, salt and knead the dough.
- Continue kneading with your hands on a floured surface and then roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm and use the molds to cut out Christmas trees and stars.
- Arrange the forms in a tray lined with baking paper.
- Add a spoonful of water to the bowl with the egg yolk and mix with a fork. Coat the forms with this and then sprinkle them with cumin.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
