New Year's pralines - Dijana Popović - Recipes and Cookbook online

New Year's pralines.

New Year's pralines, ingredients:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 90 g of butter
  • 30 g of chopped roasted hazelnuts
  • 30 g of candied fruit (I used papaya and pineapple)
  • 30 g of dried fruit (I used prunes, dried figs)

Chop dry and candied fruit into small pieces. Chop the hazelnut a little larger. Mix everything and pour over half a teaspoon of rum or sour cherries.

New Year's pralines, preparation:

  • Melt the chocolate in steam.
  • Remove from the heat, then add the butter and stir until well combined.
  • Place half a teaspoon of melted mixture in a silicone mold for pralines.
  • Put chopped hazelnuts and candied fruit on top.
  • Pour over half a teaspoon of melted mixture.
  • When you fill the molds, shake them a little to even out the mixture.
  • Leave at room temperature to cool for 1 hour.
  • Put in the fridge.
  • Remove the cooled pralines from the mold.
  • Pleasant.

This measure yields 26 pralines.
