New Year's salty chimney cake.

New Year's salty chimney cake, ingredients:

  • 500 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 10 g of fresh yeast
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 150 ml of oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 kg of flour type 400

To coat the unbaked dough:

  • 1 egg white

For sprinkling the pastry:

  • sesame seeds for sprinkling pastries

New Year's salty chimney cake, preparation:

  • Put half of the flour in a mixing bowl, add crushed yeast, sugar, salt, oil, egg yolks and knead a fine and smooth dough with lukewarm milk with the addition of the remaining flour.
  • Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the risen dough into smaller balls and leave them to rise.
  • Roll the incoming ball with your hands into a long strip.
  • Take an empty can, wash it and put parchment paper around the can. Coat the baking paper with oil, then wrap a long strip of dough around the can.
  • Brush the rolled dough with unbeaten egg white and roll it richly in sesame seeds.
  • Put the cans with the dough upright in the pan.
  • Bake in a heated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
