New Year's wreaths.

New Year wreaths, ingredients:

  • 500 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 1 small cube of yeast
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 150 ml of oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 kg of flour type 400

To coat the unbaked dough:

  • 1 egg white

For sprinkling the pastry:

  • sesame and coarse sea salt

New Year's wreaths, preparation:

  • Put half of the flour in a pan.
  • Add crushed yeast, sugar, salt, oil, egg yolks and mix with lukewarm milk into a fine and smooth dough with the addition of the remaining flour.
  • Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the risen dough into 4 balls and leave them to rise.
  • Immediately tear the dough into small balls and shape the dough as desired.
  • Put the complex shapes on baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
