Nougat balls - a proposal for the upcoming holidays for those who love hazelnut 😉

  • 100 g of milk chocolate
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1,5 dl of water
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g of butter (or margarine)
  • 200 g ground hazelnuts (roasted)
  • 200 gr of ground plasma

For the ending

  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 30 g of margarine (or butter)
  • 50 g of ground hazelnuts
  1. Boil chocolate, sugar and water. Cook until all ingredients are dissolved. Then add vanilla sugar and hazelnuts. When the mixture cools down, add margarine and mix until it is completely melted. Leave to cool. When the mixture is cold, stir in the plasma.
  2. The mixture should stand for a couple of hours so that all the ingredients are combined and the balls can be formed easily. If the mixture seems soft, add a little more plasma or hazelnuts.
  3. Put the balls in the fridge to harden.
  4. Dip the balls in the white chocolate glaze and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
  5. The glaze is prepared as follows: Break the chocolate finely, pour it into a pan, add margarine and melt everything at a slightly lower temperature. While melting, stir occasionally. When the chocolate is completely melted, dip the balls into the warm glaze and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  6. You can decorate the balls with decorated toothpicks as in the picture.
