Wafers with semolina.
Wafers with semolina, ingredients:
- 4 dl milk,
- 15 spoons of sugar,
- 100 g of chocolate,
- 10 spoons of semolina,
- 250 g of margarine and
- 1 pack of wafers.
Wafers with semolina, preparation:
- Boil milk, sugar and chocolate, add semolina and cook until it thickens.
- Add margarine to the hot semolina mixture and mix well.
- Leave the mixture to cool a little and fill the wafers.
