Enriched fasting proja - proja without eggs, cheese, but only a few types of flour, for fasting days.

  • 2 cups of cornmeal
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 cups of lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 g. sesame seeds
  1. Mix all the ingredients and half of the sesame seeds. Add water and knead the dough. The dough should be stringy. Pour the dough into a springform pan. Sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top. Bake at 250 c. about 30 min.
