Many Belgraders visited the family festival Čep FEST in the Belgrade Market on Dorćol and supported people with disabilities and environmental protection by bringing corks and participating in interactive workshops.
Chap Fest 2019 brought together over 20 organizations that presented their activities through numerous educational, sports, environmental and children's activities. 40 volunteers provided support to the organization. On this occasion, about 500 kg of corks were collected, and prizes were awarded to the most valuable collectors. A rich musical stage program was held on the stage all the time. The youngest participants were given 360 gift packets as well as certificates of appreciation for participating in the games. One orthopedic aid-wheelchair was awarded at the event and on the website of the Association Handicap cap a competition for the award of a new round of aids is currently open. A special attraction was a bicycle that presses cans, and this year's Čep Fest was visited by the singer Željko Samardzić, who pleasantly surprised the visitors by handing out autographs and CDs.
Association Cep for handicap for the seventh year in cooperation with numerous companies, schools, kindergartens and other institutions, embassies and individuals successfully realizes the philanthropic and ecological initiative of collecting corks, the recycling of which is used to purchase orthopedic aids.
