TESTIVAL – WHERE DOUGH BREATHES AND SMELLS!
For the weekend of March 05 and 06, 2022, Belgrade Youth Center, he was HOME OF HEALTHY FOOD, TESTIVAL #4 was held. Apart from dough products, traditionally popular in all parts of Serbia, many healthy, organic products of small food producers from Serbia could be tasted and bought.
During the two TESTING days, apart from the sales exhibition of over thirty-five exhibitors of domestic, artisanal prepared products, on the main stage of the Amerika hall of the Belgrade Youth Center, visitors and all present enjoyed the interesting workshops. The theme of the workshops of this TEST #4 were SALČIĆI.
For the first time at one of the TESTIVALS, it was possible to see everything that happens on the demonstration table on the big screen on the stage. It was a completely new and special experience for all visitors of TESTIVAL #4.
The organizers owe special thanks to all the demonstrators: to the great professionals and friends from the Metro HoReCa center, who they led Dr. Milica Aleksić i Nebojsa Veselinović; Nemanji Kosmajac, pastry chef with 17 years of experience; Katarini Petrović - Kaji Gastronomad, which records the series Gastronomad for RTS 1, Dejan Ilic, the holder of the silver medal from the World Cup in carving. Dear friends from the Association of Associations for Mentally Underdeveloped Persons of Serbia, they were again at the TESTIVAL and through socializing with Dejan Ilić, they learned how to make salčić.
In addition to the workshops, TESTIVAL #4 was graced by two great discussion panels, whose participants discussed the history of food culture in Serbia and traditional delicacies. The participants were: Prof. Dr. Slađana Šobajić, Dr. Biljana Đorđević, Dragana Popov, Danijela Petrović, Katarina Petrović, Dragan Djordjevic.
Well-known radio and media consultant, Uroš Bogdanović, hosted all the events.
Viktorija Vujović Pavlica, soprano of the National Theater in Belgrade, who, in addition to carving masterpieces with Dejan Ilić, colored the ending of TESTIVAL #4 with her voice.
