Ombre cheesecake – Snezana Kitanović
Ombre cheesecake – a wonderful creamy treat, I highly recommend it.
Ingredients for the crust:
- 100 gr. butter
- 300 gr. ground Oreo or Cosmo biscuits
- 2 spoons of powdered sugar
- 1 dcl of coca-cola or milk (optional (it's a great combination with coca-cola))
For the filling:
- 2 glasses of sour cream
- 0,5 l of sweet cream
- 1 la Président Sitan cheese (or Ela cheese (Akajmak))
- 150-200 gr. powdered sugar
- 2 bags of gelatin
- 5-6 tablespoons of blueberries
- 250-300 gr. raspberry
- 200-250 gr. strawberry
- Mix biscuits, butter, sugar and Coca-Cola and when the mass is uniform, spread it evenly on the bottom of a mold with a diameter of 25 cm.
- Line the sides of the mold with foil to prevent the filling from sticking.
- Whip the sweet cream, add cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar.
- Pour gelatin with 8 spoons of cold water (see the instructions on the bag) and when it swells, heat it until it becomes liquid (it must not boil).
- Add melted gelatin to the filling, combine, and then divide the filling into three equal parts.
- Add mashed blueberries to the first part, mashed raspberries to the second, and mashed strawberries to the third.
- Pour the blueberry filling over the crust, then let the cake rest for 10 minutes.
- Put it in the freezer so that the filling hardens faster and does not mix with the next one.
- Repeat the process with the other two fillings.
- Put whipped cream or whipped cream over the last layer.
