Omelet with spinach - a great start to the working day.
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1,5 tablespoons Parmesan (grated)
- 0,25 tsp onion powder (spice)
- 0,125 teaspoon of ground walnut
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- oil (for frying)
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs into the foamy mixture. Add all other ingredients and mix.
- Heat the pan to medium temperature and add a little oil. Pour in the egg and spinach mixture. Sauté the first side for about 3 minutes. Turn gently with a spatula, and cook the other side for another 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve warm.
