Omelette with zucchini - Jadranka Blažić
Omelet with zucchini.
- 1 piece of zucchini
- 150 ml egg whites (4 egg whites)
- so
- beaver
- chives
- Very quick and easy.
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
- Combine the egg whites, salt, pepper, chives and knead lightly with a fork, do not turn it into a foam.
- I poured it into shallow silicone molds with a ladle and baked it in the oven at 200C until it got a baked look on top, as you can see in the picture.
A very interesting and attractive dinner that should not be left out on a chronic diet.
