Orange potatoes - a taste that delighted me at first glance. Try it.
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of herbs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 orange peel
- 1 tablespoon pecans (chopped)
- 2 spoons of wheat flour
- 1 dl of water
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into large cubes. Oil a fireproof bowl, add chopped potatoes, salt and pepper, put herbs, parsley, prosciutto flour and grated lemon peel. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the refractory dish with aluminum foil and bake at 180 C for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil, increase the temperature to 210 C and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes take on a nice reddish color.
