Hazelnuts.
Walnuts, ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of ground walnuts
- 250 g of finely chopped walnuts
Orasnice, preparation:
- Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and beat until almost completely dissolved.
- Lightly stir in the ground walnuts.
- Pour the chopped walnuts into a shallow bowl. Scoop out walnut-sized balls with a spoon and place them in a bowl, then sprinkle the walnuts on top to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands. Make a crescent from the ball (or some other shape, if desired) and arrange it in a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place them with a space because they grow a lot.
- Heat the oven to 200C, place a baking sheet, reduce the temperature to 150C and bake for about half an hour.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy the taste!
