Hazelnuts.
Walnuts, ingredients:
- 1 egg white,
- 1 vanilla sugar,
- 125 g powdered sugar,
- 150 g of ground walnuts.
For rolling:
- chopped walnuts if necessary.
Orasnice, preparation:
- Use a mixer to beat the egg whites into a stiff batter.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well with a mixer.
- Stir in the ground walnuts and mix with a blender.
- Take a little of the mixture, make a rolling pin and roll in the chopped walnuts, forming a crescent shape. Arrange them in a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees, put a baking sheet and reduce it to 100 degrees, then bake the walnuts for 30 minutes.
- Remove the finished walnuts from the oven and leave them to cool in the tray.
- Orasnica serve and serve.
