Hake baked in the oven with lemon and white mayonnaise sauce (and/or rice as a side dish).

  • 4 hake fillets
  • pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon spice mix (for fish)
  • 1 lemon (sliced ​​into wedges)
  • 0,25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0,5 cup sour cream
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dill (fresh, finely chopped)
  • olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 C. Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the hake fillets with pepper, salt and a mixture of spices on both sides. Put a few drops of olive oil on both sides of the fillet. Arrange the fillets in a baking dish. Place lemon rings over the fillet (usually 2 rings are placed on one fillet).
  3. Bake the hake fillets for 15-20 minutes, or until the hake meat comes apart easily with a fork.
  4. While the hake fillets are baking, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dill and a few drops of olive oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well to even out the mass.
  5. Baked hake fillets are served warm with white mayonnaise sauce, and you can serve rice as a side dish. Pleasant!
