Hake baked in the oven with lemon and white mayonnaise sauce (and/or rice as a side dish).
- 4 hake fillets
- pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon spice mix (for fish)
- 1 lemon (sliced into wedges)
- 0,25 cup mayonnaise
- 0,5 cup sour cream
- 1 g garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dill (fresh, finely chopped)
- olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 175 C. Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the hake fillets with pepper, salt and a mixture of spices on both sides. Put a few drops of olive oil on both sides of the fillet. Arrange the fillets in a baking dish. Place lemon rings over the fillet (usually 2 rings are placed on one fillet).
- Bake the hake fillets for 15-20 minutes, or until the hake meat comes apart easily with a fork.
- While the hake fillets are baking, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dill and a few drops of olive oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well to even out the mass.
- Baked hake fillets are served warm with white mayonnaise sauce, and you can serve rice as a side dish. Pleasant!
