Hake with red potatoes - a nice combination, sweet for fish porridge.

  • 100 g of hake fillet
  • 1 piece of red potato (diced)
  • 1 piece zucchini (diced)
  • olive oil
  • beaver
  • nana
  1. Fry the hake fillet in a little olive oil and water until almost done. Wait for it to cool and then check for bones even if it says there are no bones on the package.
  2. Peel the potatoes and zucchini and cut them into cubes.
  3. Add potatoes, zucchini, hake, some pepper and mint to the water.
  4. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Strain and put in a blender.
  6. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  7. Cool down. Check the temperature before giving to the baby.
