Hake with red potatoes - a nice combination, sweet for fish porridge.
- 100 g of hake fillet
- 1 piece of red potato (diced)
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- olive oil
- beaver
- nana
- Fry the hake fillet in a little olive oil and water until almost done. Wait for it to cool and then check for bones even if it says there are no bones on the package.
- Peel the potatoes and zucchini and cut them into cubes.
- Add potatoes, zucchini, hake, some pepper and mint to the water.
- Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Strain and put in a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool down. Check the temperature before giving to the baby.
