At 10 a.m. on March 02.03.2017, XNUMX. is open mini fair of Italian brands so it will continue until 10:XNUMX in the evening visitors to the Italian Square in the UŠĆE Shopping Center will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the exceptionalities of Italian design.
From 19h a mini entertainment-musical program, pantomime animations, a performance by DJ Selecter ... from Venice, a mini-concert "Volare in three ways" to be announced by the ambassador of Italy is planned Giuseppe Manzo and on that occasion to present the choir of the Belgrade Children's Cultural Center, pianist and singer Nataša Račić and soprano Aleksandra Alivojvodić.
Brands joined the initiative in Belgrade FCA, Piaggio, Natuzzi, Chicco, Monini, Rio Mare, PensareCasa, IDP – Industria Divani e Poltrone, Atlas and Moreno coffee.
Within Days of Italian Design in Belgrade organized by the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Institute of Culture a round table "#Individua #Technology #Society" will be held on the same day at <p>6-120<p>hours u Mixer House, a place that in the Serbian capital represents a symbol for the development of new creative talents. Italian Ambassador Giuseppe Manzo will also open the event, which will be attended by an Italian architect Nicola di Battista, director of the magazine Domus, who will deal with the topic of the relationship between the individual, the place of residence and society together with the other speakers: the architect Vladimir Lojanica, fashion designer Dragana Ognjenović, industrial designer Marko Lukovic and an architect Zoran Djukanovic in the role of moderator.
The first Day of Italian Design is an initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy in cooperation with the Triennale in Milan and the Furniture Fair, created in honor of the excellence of Italian design in the world, as an important part of Italian culture and economy. This initiative will include 100 "ambassadors" of Italian culture (designers, entrepreneurs, journalists, critics, communication experts, professors...) who will share their experiences, projects and ideas in 100 cities around the world within 100 events. The field of design - one of the most important Made in Italy industries known throughout the world - achieves in Italy an invoiced income of 46,8 billion euros (2,9% of the national GDP) and employs 995 thousand people in direct and indirect jobs. Inventiveness and originality in design, the quality of the materials used, the careful manufacture of items, the production process that takes into account the environment, the one who makes these products as well as the one who will use them, then a very high level of graphic design of packaging and advertising are the characteristics that have made Italian design famous, prestigious and recognizable in the world.
