Oatmeal – Oatmeal is healthy for your baby. They are grateful because they are prepared quickly and can be combined with many foods.

  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 100 g of oatmeal (cooked into porridge)
  1. Boil oatmeal in water to make a porridge. A few minutes of boiling water is enough. You can also just soak them, but I found that the preparation process is much shorter when I cook them.
  2. Mash the banana and mix it with oatmeal.
  3. Wait for it to cool, check the temperature before giving to the baby and serve.
If your porridge is thick, you can add mother's or formula milk and combine it with other fruits of your choice, e.g. grated apple or pear.
