Oatmeal has been very popular for a long time. You can buy it in bags (ready-made) or make it yourself. In this recipe, in addition to oatmeal, chia seeds are an important ingredient. Because of them, I decided to make this porridge. I got the chia seeds from a friend (it's a slightly larger amount that needs to be used).

I saw the recipe on the website A matter of taste. I didn't change anything in particular - I made half the measure and added more water. This combination of ingredients is said to melt waist fat in seven days.

The main ingredients are oatmeal and chia seeds. Oatmeal prepared in this way will be even tastier if you add: yogurt, milk, sweet cream or something else of your choice.

Also, fruits and nuts are always a great choice. I chose cherries. And whether oatmeal with all those additives will melt fat or create it, judge for yourself...

  • 350 ml of water
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • cardamom (to taste)
  • vanilla (to taste)
  • 0,5 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 handful of cleaned cherries
  1. Boil water and spices.
  2. Add the oatmeal, cover, turn off the stove and let them simmer while the stove is warm.

  3. When the oatmeal has cooled, stir in the chia seeds.

  4. Oatmeal should stand for fifteen minutes so that the ingredients combine.

  5. In the cooled porridge, mix honey and cherries.

Oatmeal prepared in this way is a fasting dish, so you can prepare it even when you are fasting.
