Oatmeal with banana – :D.
- 5 cup of oatmeal
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 piece of banana (chopped)
- cinnamon (a little)
- 1 spoon of ground flax
- 1 cup of kefir
- 150 ml of water
- Put oatmeal and water on the stove and cook. Cook until the flakes soften and swell completely and all the water evaporates. mix the rest of the ingredients except kefir in a bowl. when the flakes are ready, pour them over and mix. let it cool down and then add kefir
