Oatmeal with apple and pear - an ideal breakfast for babies to start their tummies.

  • 50 g of oatmeal
  • 0,25 piece of pear
  • 0,25 pieces of apple
  • cinnamon
  1. Peel the pear and the apple and cut them into 1/4 slices and put them in a blender or grate them so that they are finely chopped. Older babies do not need to be crushed completely, as they need to practice cooing.
  2. Boil oatmeal in water for about 10 minutes. The ratio is 1:2 (oats:water).
  3. Mix the fruit with the oatmeal, sprinkle a little cinnamon and mix again and let it cool.
  4. Be sure to check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby.
