Oatmeal with apple and pear - an ideal breakfast for babies to start their tummies.
- 50 g of oatmeal
- 0,25 piece of pear
- 0,25 pieces of apple
- cinnamon
- Peel the pear and the apple and cut them into 1/4 slices and put them in a blender or grate them so that they are finely chopped. Older babies do not need to be crushed completely, as they need to practice cooing.
- Boil oatmeal in water for about 10 minutes. The ratio is 1:2 (oats:water).
- Mix the fruit with the oatmeal, sprinkle a little cinnamon and mix again and let it cool.
- Be sure to check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby.
