Oatmeal with yogurt and banana - an ideal breakfast for small and large children aged 7+ months.
- 100 ml of water
- 7 teaspoons of oatmeal
- 50 ml of yogurt
- 1 piece of banana
- cinnamon (add a little if you like)
- Boil 100 small bowls of oatmeal in 7 ml of water, stirring constantly.
- Add yogurt and mashed banana or, if you don't mind, blend banana and yogurt beforehand.
- Check the temperature before giving to the baby.
