Oatmeal porridge - a tasty and healthy breakfast.
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 1 cups of barley flakes
- 2-3 pieces of dates
- 1 teaspoon of walnuts (ground)
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds (ground)
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
- 10 raisins
- 100 ml of yogurt
- 150 ml of water
- Place oat and barley flakes in a saucepan and pour water.
- Cook at a moderate temperature with constant stirring until the flakes soften and the water boils.
- Remove from the stove, add finely chopped dates. Stir.
- Mix in ground walnuts, ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds and raisins. Pour into a teapot.
- When it cools down a bit, pour the yogurt. Pleasant!
