This is an ideal meal to start the day that will provide you with all the nutrients, such as minerals and vitamins, and will also improve your metabolism and provide the necessary energy and feeling of fullness...

  • 2 dl yogurt ((low fat))
  • 5 tablespoons of flakes ((oat, rye, barley...))
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (powdered)
  • 1 piece of kiwi ((apples, bananas, oranges), chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut (finely chopped)
  • 3 pieces of prunes (and/or raisins, chopped)
  1. Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a suitable container, add yogurt, mix everything and let it stand for ten minutes and then enjoy your delicious and healthy meal.
    NOTE: As you have seen in the listed ingredients, you can combine various types of grains, fruits, both fresh and dry, you can also add ground flax seeds, and you can use milk, tea or juice instead of yogurt.
