Pancakes - Dana Drobnjak
Pancakes - soft even when cold.
- 2 eggs
- 5 dcl of water
- 3,5 dcl of milk
- 500 g of flour
- 1 case vanillin sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer into foam.
- Beat 2 egg yolks with a mixer, add little by little hot water while whisking with a mixer (the water will foam), add cold milk, flour, vanilla and salt. Beat with a mixer and finally add egg white foam and 2 spoons of oil and beat everything well again with a mixer.
- Let the mass stand for 30 minutes, then fry the pancakes in a pan on one side and the other, greased with oil with a silicone brush.
