Potato pancakes - Kristina Gašpar
Ingredients (for 4 pancakes with a diameter of about 10 cm)
- 100 g of boiled potatoes
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 3 spoons of milk
- to taste: salt (pepper, curry.)
- if necessary, oil for frying
- Mash the potatoes, then add all the other listed ingredients and mix well. The mixture is thicker than for ordinary pancakes. Coat a non-stick pan with oil and heat it, then pour the mixture. Form pancakes with a spoon. Fry them at a medium temperature for a few minutes on one side and the other - until they are golden brown.
