Pancakes topped with cream - the taste is fantastic...
- 10 pieces of pancakes (8-10 pieces, fried)
- 4 spoons of Eurocream (chocolate, jam)
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 7 dl of milk
- 12 spoon of sugar
- 6 spoons of flour (5-6 spoons)
- 100 g of margarine
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- Make pancakes according to your recipe, fill them as desired and roll them up. Cut each pancake in half. In a smaller square pan (I used the one for strudels), line up three halves, then put the next row at the end of the halves so that they overlap a little.
- Separately, boil 6 dl of milk with 9 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla, and beat the egg yolks with flour and 1 dl of milk, then add to the boiled milk. Cook until it thickens, then beat the margarine into the cooled cream with a mixer.
- Pour the cream over the lined pancakes.
- Beat the egg whites and 3 spoons of sugar until stiff and spread over the yellow cream. Put everything in a heated oven and bake for about ten minutes, i.e. until the sham is baked.
