Pancakes with ice cream - refreshing, summer pancakes, served differently.
- 12 pieces of pancakes
- 150 g of ground plasma biscuits
- 180 g of Eurocream
- 1 bag of chocolate whipped cream
- 1 bag of whipped chocolate ice cream
- 4 teaspoons of sweet of your choice
- Fill the pancakes with eurocream, sprinkle with ground plasma biscuits, then roll up. Cut the rolled pancakes into smaller "bites" and arrange them in bowls (3 for each portion). Decorate them with whipped cream on top and put 2-3 scoops of ice cream on top, then pour over a teaspoon of sweet of your choice (I used aronia).
