Cotton cake, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 100 ml of milk,
- 100 ml of water,
- 100 ml of oil,
- 20 g of fresh yeast,
- 1 egg white,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- 600 g of flour.
To coat:
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cotton cake, preparation:
- Pour lukewarm milk into a deep container, add lukewarm water, crushed yeast, sugar and mix. Then add oil, egg whites, a little flour, salt and mix. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
