Panna cotta - never an easier recipe!
Panna cotta, ingredients:
- 1/2 l of milk
- 1/2 l of sweet cream
- 20 g of gelatin
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 200 g of cherries
- 100 g of sugar for topping
- 1 dl of water + 2-3 spoons
- 1/2 spoonful of stock
Approximate preparation time 60 minutes.
Panna cotta, preparation:
- Add 3 tablespoons of water to the gelatin and let it swell.
- Heat milk, sweet cream and sugar in a saucepan until boiling.
- Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
- Leave to cool.
- For the topping, boil the sugar with 1 dl of water.
- Add cherries and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the mixture with 2-3 tablespoons of water.
- Add the stock and cook for 1-2 minutes until the topping thickens.
- Leave the dressing to cool before watering.
- Pour the cooled panna cotta into glasses.
- Leave the poured panna cotta in the glasses to cool in the refrigerator
- Pour the dressing over the cooled and set panna cotta in glasses.
- Pleasant!
