Paprika with minced meat.

  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 2 pieces of green pepper
  • 100 g of celery
  • so
  • ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 5 dl tomato juice
  • 4 dl of water
  • 200 g pasta (smaller than shell size)
  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the carrot, pepper and celery.
  2. Fry the onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, add the garlic and fry the meat for 5 minutes, then add the carrot, celery, pepper, fry for another minute, then add tomato juice and 1 dcl of water, salt, ground pepper, turmeric, ground pepper and 2 a teaspoon of sugar.
  3. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, then add 4 dcl of warm water and 200 g of dry pasta in the shape of a shell. Cook everything together until the pasta is cooked for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
