Paprika with minced meat.
- 300 g of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of carrot
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 100 g of celery
- so
- ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 5 dl tomato juice
- 4 dl of water
- 200 g pasta (smaller than shell size)
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the carrot, pepper and celery.
- Fry the onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, add the garlic and fry the meat for 5 minutes, then add the carrot, celery, pepper, fry for another minute, then add tomato juice and 1 dcl of water, salt, ground pepper, turmeric, ground pepper and 2 a teaspoon of sugar.
- Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, then add 4 dcl of warm water and 200 g of dry pasta in the shape of a shell. Cook everything together until the pasta is cooked for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
