Peppers stuffed with bread - Ljiljana Stanković
Peppers stuffed with bread - a little unusual filling for stuffed peppers. Enough for lunch for three adults.
- 12 pieces of bell pepper (fresh)
- 200 years bread (stale)
- 100 g. almonds
- 200 years cheese
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of sour cream
- so
- spices to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Grind bread, mayonnaise, garlic and almonds in a blender.
- Grate the cheese and add to the ground mass. Add oil, cream and season to taste. Combine everything well by mixing.
- Wash the peppers well, dry them and remove the seeds and stalks. Stuff the peppers and arrange them in a greased pan. Spray them with a little water.
- Bake them in the oven at 200 C for about 20 min.
